最近收到咨询：又快又水的sci期刊。Sci之所以称为是期刊界的“天花板”，是因为它有着比较高的权威性，刊登的文章水平都是比较高的。这与水刊就会产生矛盾。
水刊一般是指发文量比较巨大，对论文质量要求把控的不严格，业界的口碑比较差。这种期刊是非常危险的，无论是中科院还是JCR每年都会评选一次sci期刊，对于这种质量差的刊物可能会被踢出，踢出之后这种期刊就不是sci期刊了。
中科院每年都会公布一些预警期刊，在这种期刊上发表论文评职称时不能认可，评奖评优也不能认可，也不能使用专项资金，在选刊是一定要避免这种预警期刊。2021年《国际期刊预警名单(试行)》如下表：

发表sci论文选刊还是更慎重一些比较好，且投且珍惜，千万不要急于在水刊上发表论文，避免掉入“水坑”，导致发表的论文无效，白白浪费时间。还不如一开始就用心准备，发表的论文能够发挥它的作用，这种论文才是有价值的。
